This policy explains information handled for RedRadar accounts, Reddit monitoring, optional alerts, payments and support. The published operator and support details above identify who to contact about your information.
Information we process
Account data includes email, name or profile information you supply, password hashes for password accounts, sessions and authentication records. Optional Google login may supply basic identity information. Monitoring data includes your product description, communities, rules, matched public Reddit post titles and text, source URLs, authors, classifications and feedback.
If you connect Telegram, we process the chat or connection identifiers needed to deliver alerts. Payment records can include account/order identifiers, amount, currency and payment status. Payment-card information is entered with the checkout provider, not into a RedRadar support form. Support emails and operational/security logs may include details you send, request metadata and error information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
Why we process it
We use information to authenticate users, keep accounts separated, run configured monitors, classify public posts, display leads, send requested alerts, verify paid access, handle refunds and support, and secure and maintain the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Where a legal basis is required, service delivery relies on performing our contract with you, security and troubleshooting on legitimate interests balanced against your rights, required records on legal obligations, and optional processing on consent where required. We do not rely on a blanket acceptance of this policy as consent to tracking.
Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts the RedRadar application. Neon provides its PostgreSQL database, currently in the US East (Northern Virginia) region. These providers process application data to operate the service. Apify can receive configured community/query information to retrieve public Reddit posts. Jev/TypeSafe can receive post text for intent classification. Telegram receives alert content and connection identifiers only when you enable it. Waffo receives checkout information, including email and order/account identifiers, when payment is enabled. Google handles optional OAuth login. Resend currently delivers transactional account emails. It receives recipient email addresses, sender and reply-to details, and message content, including verification and password-reset links, to send these messages. These account emails are not Reddit lead-alert emails. Zoho ZeptoMail is an alternative supported by the code, not the currently selected mail provider.
Support messages may be forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's mailbox provider. Providers and mailbox storage may operate in other countries. Using the service can involve processing outside your country. Contact the operator for information about the providers and transfer safeguards applicable to your data. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.
Retention and your choices
Account and monitoring data are retained while needed to provide the service. Payment, dispute and security records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for a documented purpose. Expiry of an access pass is not automatic account deletion. There is no promise here of an automatic fixed-day deletion job.
Contact support to request access, correction, account closure or deletion of information. Requests are handled manually and may require reasonable identity verification. We will explain any information that must be retained and respond within applicable legal deadlines; backups and third-party copies may require separate retention handling. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawing consent, and complaining to a relevant authority.
Security, tracking and updates
We use access controls and account ownership checks to protect information, but no system is risk-free. Keep credentials secret and report suspected incidents to support. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
