RedRadar is a Reddit monitoring and lead-discovery product. The legal operator is identified above when these terms are published; RedRadar is a product brand, not a claim of company registration.
Service and account
Use the service only if you can legally enter this agreement and are at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
The service supports one product monitor, up to three Reddit communities, and up to five structured rules per account. Exclusion rules take priority. Scans are scheduled at 15-minute intervals when monitoring services are available; this is not a guaranteed delivery time. The dashboard refresh interval is not the scan interval. Telegram alerts are optional.
Trial, purchases and refunds
The seven-day free trial starts after a valid monitor configuration, not merely on registration. Telegram is not required. The paid offer is a $15 USD, 30-day non-recurring access pass; any applicable taxes and total payable must be shown before purchase. There is no automatic renewal or subscription cancellation requirement.
Payment checkout is provided through Waffo when enabled. Access is granted only after payment is verified. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, including the seven-day full-refund window and mandatory legal protections. Expiry or account closure does not by itself initiate a refund.
Responsible use
Do not use RedRadar for spam, harassment, unlawful profiling, access-control evasion, or collecting private or sensitive information without permission. Respect Reddit terms, community rules, third-party intellectual property and applicable laws. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a Reddit author.
Do not attempt to access another user's monitors or leads, overload the service, resell account access without permission, or submit malicious content. We may suspend misuse or security-threatening activity, notify you where lawful, and provide a way to contact support. Suspension does not remove statutory refund rights.
Results and external services
Rule matching and AI intent classification can be wrong or miss posts. A lead is not a promise of purchase intent, sales, revenue, complete Reddit coverage or endorsement by Reddit. Check the source post before acting. Reddit availability, external providers, rate limits and maintenance can delay or interrupt monitoring.
You retain rights to your product information and configuration and permit their processing only as needed to provide the service. Reddit content remains subject to its owners' rights. Privacy and Cookie Policies explain relevant data handling.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service or ask support to close your account. Published prices and policies can change for future purchases, but changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email.
We do not exclude responsibility where applicable law forbids it. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, forced arbitration or a waiver of consumer protection. Contact support to try to resolve a dispute; your mandatory rights and lawful complaint routes remain available.
