This policy covers the RedRadar $15 USD, 30-day, one-time access pass. It does not renew automatically. A free trial does not create a charge.

Seven-day full refund

Request a refund within 7 calendar days (168 hours) after the successful payment timestamp shown on your receipt to receive a full refund of that order, including applicable taxes charged on it. You may have used the service; a reason is optional. Your email request timestamp determines whether you are within the window.

Duplicate charges and service failure

Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges are eligible for correction or refund even outside the seven-day window. Please report suspected unauthorized payments promptly so they can be investigated with the payment provider.

After the seven-day window, if a material service failure prevents use of the purchased service and we cannot resolve it, you can request a refund for the affected, unused portion of the pass. The amount is calculated from the order total and the fraction of the 30-day paid period that could not be used. Statutory rights to a larger or full refund take priority. A lack of matching Reddit posts or resulting sales alone is not a service failure.

How to request a refund

Contact support with the account email, order or receipt identifier, and payment date. Do not send your password, API keys, or full payment-card information. We may need to verify order ownership, but you do not need to justify a request made within the seven-day window.

Requests are handled by a person, not an automatic refund button. We aim to respond within 2 business days and submit an eligible refund within 5 business days of receiving the information needed to identify the order, without delaying any mandatory legal deadline. If the processor rejects the request, we will explain the issue and work with you on a lawful resolution.

Payment method and access

Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. If that is not possible, we will agree on a lawful alternative with you rather than silently substituting store credit. Your provider or bank determines when funds appear; we cannot guarantee a settlement date.

A full refund ends the access granted by that order. A partial refund removes only the refunded access period; other paid orders are unaffected. We will tell you what access changes result. No refund is issued twice for the same amount. No additional purchase is made automatically when a pass expires.

Your legal rights

This voluntary refund policy is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, dispute, or other consumer rights that apply to you. Where applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules offer greater protection, that protection applies.
